Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received

• Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and any included accessories

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
